Glen D. Duvel, Esq. is currently a Partner with Duvel & Duvel, PLC, managing the Estate Planning and Personal Injury law departments at the firm. Prior to the formation of Duvel & Duvel, PLC., he was the founder and sole partner of the Law Offices of Glen D. Duvel, Inc. Under his direction, the firm represented clients in estate planning and personal injury matters. Prior to the formation of the Law Offices of Glen D. Duvel, Inc., Mr. Duvel worked at the Law Office of Walter R. Zech, Inc., a firm which focused its practice on personal injury law. Mr. Duvel has balanced a full-time career as an attorney with college level teaching. He has taught pre-law courses on the subjects of wills and trusts.

During his career, Mr. Duvel has concentrated solely on Estate Planning and Personal Injury Matters. He has counseled an infinite number of clients with a variety of estate planning needs, acquiring a vast amount of experience from matters involving a simple will to those involving a complex estate plan. Mr. Duvel is substantially equipped to handle matters such as wills and guardianships, trusts including A/B trusts and special needs trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, and deed transfers. He can offer guidance in general estate planning, including estate tax avoidance and life settlements, among other things.

Mr. Duvel also devotes time in his practice to representing clients who have been injured in accidents or other misfortunes. He has significant experience handling matters involving serious and catastrophic injuries, including the representing of minors. He has obtained successful resolutions for his clients against a myriad of large and well-represented Defendants, including Ford Motor Company, Subaru of America, U-Haul, Hyatt Hotels, Los Angeles Unified School District, The County of Orange, The Irvine Company, Procter & Gamble, SeaDoo, Inc., Bombardier Inc., National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak), and Owens Corning, among others. During the course of his personal injury practice, he has asserted claims on behalf of his clients against parties represented by virtually every existent insurance company, including Allstate, Mercury, AAA, State Farm, 21^st Century, Geico, and Progressive, among others.

Mr. Duvel has conducted multiple seminars and prepared extensive written materials on the topic of living trusts as well as other estate planning matters.
